Enrolling in Business Mobile Banking

We know it’s not always easy to get away from the shop, counter or office to make your banking happen across town. Using our Business Mobile Banking app, you can do the following:

  • View account balances in real time
  • View recent transaction history 
  • View check images
  • Set up real-time alerts
  • Issue and approve Bill Pay payments to the billers that are set up in Business Online Bill Pay.
All you need to access is an Apple or Android mobile device with an internet or data connection and be an online business banking user.

Who Can Enroll and Use the Business Mobile App?
Current customers with a business account, loan or line of credit can use our Business Mobile App. You must first enroll in Business Banking Online.

10 Simple Steps to Sign Up for Mobile Banking

If you have a device handy, follow these step-by-step instructions to enroll in Mobile Banking with Wayne Bank:

  1. Log into Wayne Bank’s website
  2. Click on “Profile”
  3. Scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile and click “Enroll Now”
  4. Accept Mobile Banking Disclosure
  5. Select the Mobile Services you’d like to use for online banking
  6. Enroll your mobile device
  7. Wait for your activation code to arrive on your mobile device.
  8. Enter your activation code.
  9. Yay – you’re successfully enrolled in Mobile Banking.
  10. Log into your account and confirm everything works properly and learn how to use the mobile banking application.

Mobile Deposit (Follow these simple steps).

Deposit virtually any check using your smartphone. With Mobile Deposit, you can deposit a check through our mobile bank App.

Simply snap a photo of the front and back of the check with your iPhone or Android mobile phone. Then, submit the image for deposit to your account.   Mobile deposit is free to all mobile banking customers. Exhale a sigh of relief – you no longer need to rush to the bank to make a deposit before the lobby closes.

Mobile Deposit instructions

  1. Open your Wayne Bank Mobile App
  2. Tap “Deposit” in the menu at the bottom
  3. Endorse the back of the check with your name and “Mobile deposit Wayne Bank Only”
  4. Select Deposit a check
  5. Choose the account and enter the amount
  6. Follow the prompts to snap photos of the front and back of your check. Don’t worry, our awesomely smart app knows the perfect time to take the photo.
  7. Tap “Make Deposit”
Once approved, deposits are usually available within two business days. *Refer to your account documents or contact us for more information on our Funds Availability Policy.

 Zelle is a convenient way to send money using your mobile banking app or online banking account.

Zelle is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes1. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank2.

1. To get started, log into Wayne Bank 's online banking or mobile app, navigate to Bill Pay and select "Send Money with Zelle®". Accept terms and conditions, enter your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, receive a one-time verification code, enter it, and you're ready to start sending and receiving with Zelle.
2. To send money using Zelle, simply add a trusted recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number, enter the amount you'd like to send and an optional note, review, then hit "Send." In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes1
3. To request money using Zelle, choose "Request," select the individual(s) from whom you'd like to request money, enter the amount you'd like to request, include an optional note, review and hit "Request"3
4. To receive money, just share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number with a friend and ask them to send you money with Zelle.
