Universal Banker

The Universal Banker is responsible for assisting customers in multiple roles, all focused on delivering exceptional service and quality with every transaction.

Branch Manager

Oversee all branch operations ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals while maintaining efficiency, quality, and service expectations as well as, compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, and audit requirements.  Lead, coach, motivate, and inspire team members to greatness.  Provide training, tools, and resources needed for team members to remain fully-prepared to provide consistent, high quality customer service.
