Universal Banker - Full Time

Universal Bankers are responsible for assisting customers in multiple roles, all focused on delivering high-quality service with every transaction.  Listening to our customers, establishing relationships, and serving the needs of our customers is what the Universal Banker's role is all about!  Opening new accounts, conducting appropriate transactions with efficiency and accuracy, and referring customers to appropriate individuals within the bank that may serve them well are some of the ways Universal Bankers interact with customers.


Customer Service and Support Specialist

The Customer Service and Support Specialist's primary focus is placing the customer in the center of every conversation. Meet or exceed customers' needs and expectations with every interaction. Serve as the "voice of the organization" providing exceptional customer experiences as phone calls are received from customers seeking assistance.  The Customer Service and Support Specialist is highly involved in back-office operations and support functions.
Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager focuses on customer centricity while assisting in the daily operation and management of the branch. Monitor service and sales quality levels and mentor team to achieve goals. Perform a variety of complex duties to serve customers/prospects by providing exceptional service with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism, while fully exploring customer needs and providing appropriate products and services. Provide leadership, support, training, and development to team.
