Universal Banker - Part Time or Full-Time

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Universal Bankers to join our team on a part-time (28 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) basis. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to promote our banking products and services. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and procedures. Your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
 
Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our Richmond Eastside branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the branch. You will lead a team and provide guidance and support to ensure their success. Your ultimate goal will be to align with the Bank's customer centric philosophy and increase profitability while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager focuses on customer centricity while assisting in the daily operation and management of the branch. Monitor service and sales quality levels and mentor team to achieve goals. Perform a variety of complex duties to serve customers/prospects by providing exceptional service with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism, while fully exploring customer needs and providing appropriate products and services. Provide leadership, support, training, and development to team.
