The banking business is a fast-paced environment, but we always make time to have a little fun!  We all pitch in to create a fun environment and find ways to stay connected.  The F.R.O.G. (forever recognize others’ greatness) was a principle that was introduced during an employee appreciation week event; dueling pianos with sing-along at a Holiday event; creating desk valentine’s boxes for use when coworkers deliver cards and sweet treats. Universal Banker (Part-Time) - Plaza Location (Richmond)

Provide consistent, exceptional customer experiences. Deliver exceptional service with every customer interaction. Assist customers with reaching their financial goals and achieving and maintaining financial wellness. Promote bank products and services and open new accounts. 

Mortgage Lending Assistant (Temporary) 
 The Mortgage Lending Assistant provides administrative support to Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) and serves as a point of contact for customers, builders, and realtors during the application process and supports Mortgage Loan Officers in their effort to increase production volume. The Assistant provides a high level of service to our customers via email and phone, providing information regarding loan status, supporting basic questions, and gathering information from customers as directed by Mortgage Loan Officers.

Mortgage Loan Originator (Full Time) - Cambridge City 
The Mortgage Loan Originator solicits new residential mortgage business from a wide variety of sources and assists customers throughout the duration of the loan process. The Mortgage Loan Originator serves our customers by providing exceptional service, efficiency, and accuracy with every encounter.
