Next Generation Online Banking

WELCOME TO THE NEXT GENERATION
OF ONLINE BANKING SERVICES

On December 7th we will be upgrading many of our online banking services.

Important Dates:

December 3rd - Bill Pay will be disabled. Mobile Banking will be disabled.
December 4th and 5th - Online Banking will be in view only mode
December 6th - Online Banking will be unavailable

IMPORTANT NEWS!

Retail Online Banking Users

  • First time log on:
  • Access ID: Enter your current Login ID.
  • Password: Enter the last four numbers of SSN.
  • The system will automatically ask you to change your Password.
  • Use a minimum of 8 characters in random sequence.
  • Must use at least 1 upper case letter, and 1 lower case letter, and 1 number.
  • Then you will be asked to complete the Security Enrollment form.
  • Watch the video tutorial for detailed log on and enrollment instructions.

All of your account history will be available in the new system. Once you've logged on to the new system, make sure all of your accounts are displayed, and make sure your personal information and preferences are set up properly. Please note that any eAlerts you've set up in the old system will not be available in the new online banking system.

Setting up your eAlerts:

  • It's easy to set up your eAlerts and new options will be available - just click on the Alerts tab at the top of the home page.
  • It's a good time to sign up to receive eStatements, rather than paper statements.

Bill Pay Users

Our bill pay service is changing.  The current system will be disabled on December 3rd.  The new system will not be available until December 7th.  You will have access to your payees but not your history. Be sure to review all payees and automatic payments for accuracy.  As an added benefit, bill pay customers will automatically have access to our new Popmoney® personal payment service. Mobile Banking Users

Our current Mobile Apps will be disabled on December 3rd.  We are upgrading our Mobile Banking servies to include PopMoney (person to person payments), advanced bill pay features and Mobile Deposit of checks.  We will send email notification when our new App is ready to be downloaded.  You will also be able to download an App for you iPad, Android and Amazon tablets.  Current Mobile Banking customers will need to re-enroll and download the new apps.  Make sure to delete the old app.

FEES AND ENROLLMENT


eStatements are free.eStatements

  • You must be enrolled for online banking.
  • Select the Options tab from online banking to enroll.

Personal Bill Pay and Popmoney®

  • If you are already enrolled for bill pay you are automatically enrolled for Popmoney.
  • Enroll online by clicking the bill pay tab.
  • Our personal bill pay service is free.
  • There is no charge for each bill paid using our standard service.
  • Optional Overnight Payments are now available. Fees are displayed.
  • Fees for Popmoney are $1.00 per transaction for 3 day delivery and $3.00 per transaction for next day delivery.
